Every listing shows which checks were done and the date. Payment never buys a badge, and a badge is removed if a check fails.
Unclaimed
Information copied from the business's own website or public map listing, with the source linked. Only business contact details the business advertises publicly.
Claimed
The owner or manager contacted us and confirmed the details by phone or email.
Verified
Claimed, plus: CAC registration matched, address visited or video-confirmed, phone answered, and a category check (e.g. ESVARBON/REDAN for estate firms, authorised-dealer status for car dealers). Re-checked every 6 months.
Corrections and removal
Any business can ask us to correct or remove its listing. Email [email protected]. We act within 3 working days.
